Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached

Trying on products is allowed, but they must not be worn or used

Ordering multiple sizes or products with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted

Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

Wagora is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages when tracking shows the item has been delivered to the address provided
