At Calmyra Pets, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Below you will find our return policy explained clearly and transparently.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns can only be requested after the product has been physically received

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached

  • Trying on products is allowed, but they must not be worn or used

  • Ordering multiple sizes or products with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted


Return Process

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@calmyrapets.com within 14 days of receiving your order

  2. Our support team will provide you with the return instructions and return address

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs or shipping fees

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace), as we are not responsible for lost returns


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

  • You will receive a confirmation from our team

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method


Liability

  • Wagora is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages when tracking shows the item has been delivered to the address provided

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order
